Welcome to the IACIS Volunteer Staff Application site.

TRAINING STAFF APPLICATION
  • IACIS members who wish to be considered for a training event staff appointment must complete the staff application.
Applicants must provide all requested information or the application will be considered incomplete.

  • To be considered for an IACIS Class, you must be a current IACIS Member in good standing. Only those requesting to be considered for the BCFE class must have a current CFCE Certification.

  • Complete this application if you are interested in a staff appointment for any IACIS training program scheduled for the entire next year.
    This includes international training.

  • Completing the online application includes telling us your professional biography and experience; if and how you have volunteered with IACIS before and submitting a passport style photo of yourself. This photograph will be used for your IACIS Staff ID should you be selected.

  • Please read the detailed Training Staff Overview PDF before you apply.
This will hopefully answer any questions you may have on the challenges and commitment it takes once you are on Staff.

  • The deadline for 1st round of completed application submissions for the Budapest 2026 event is June 14th, 2026, at 2359 hours UTC.
Applications received after that date will be kept on file as additional resources if needed.

  • All chosen applicants will be required to sign a Staff Agreement.
As a Staff Member you agree that the material you receive and/or develop or use to instruct for IACIS will be the property of IACIS.

  • To continue the application process, you must open, read, agree to, and accept all terms and conditions in the Training Staff Overview PDF.
Please note, your agreement decision will be stored in your submitted application record.
